Our holiday farm is located on a hill with a magnificent view, far away from traffic and stress. And yet it’s very centrally located—whether you’re looking for golf courses, thermal baths, boat tours, or sightseeing spots, everything is just a short distance away. The holiday apartment is situated in the heart of the “spa triangle,” surrounded by many well-known golf courses, and—thanks to its good transport connections—offers the perfect balance between peaceful nights and proximity to popular destinations. Since we cherish and love the location of our holiday farm as something truly special, treating the environment sustainably is a matter close to our hearts. Our water supply comes from our own deep wells. The tap water is very mild and pleasant-tasting drinking water. We generate our own electricity on our rooftops, supplemented by 100% green energy. You’re welcome to charge your electric cars here. We’ve created a 70-square-meter oasis of well-being where up to 6 people can leave the stresses of everyday life behind. After a long day full of new experiences, you can relax in the spacious living room with a book or a film. The apartment features 3 separate bedrooms with a 2x2-metre double bed, a 1.60x2-metre double bed, and two single beds. The spacious bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower and a bathtub, rounds out the overall experience. If you enjoy cooking, it’s a breeze in our fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and microwave, as well as a coffee maker and a pod-style coffee machine. You’re welcome to enjoy breakfast on the balcony with a magnificent view of the Alps (when the Fön is blowing). The heated pool, measuring 8 x 4 metres (depth: 1.6 metres), is located right next to the house and is surrounded by a large sunbathing area. Fruit trees provide refreshing shade on warm summer days. Right next to the pool, you’ll also find an outdoor kitchen with a grill, as well as plenty of seating for an evening of delicious al fresco dining. For children, we have a large trampoline, various bicycles, and a go-kart. In the old granary, there’s a pool table, foosball table, darts, and table tennis for rainy days. You’re welcome to use the sauna in the basement. There are many great places to visit, such as Passau, Burghausen, and Salzburg. Or you can join me at the famous Kößlarn farmers’ market on Thursdays and treat yourself to Bavarian delicacies while enjoying the music. Check-in is available between 2:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Check-out is available between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Keys are handed over in person on-site. A cot can be provided free of charge upon request.
