The Space:

Unit B305 is on the third floor of the resort and has a view of the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is decorated with warming reds and greens and has a tropical feel much like the resort itself. The open floor plan of this home allows every room to lead onto a spacious patio with outdoor seating. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large glass top table with seating. This beautiful home offers a twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. There is a half bath located off of the main living area near the bunk room. The primary bedroom features a king bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, daybed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. There is a stackable washer/dryer included in the home for your convenience. Unit B305 has memory foam mattresses in the primary and guest bedrooms.

All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants

count toward max occupancy regardless of age

● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

lost or not returned at checkout.

● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

● Wristbands are not required for beach access

Excellent stay, minutes from everything, great customer service

We had a great first time stay in Fort Walton! There were 7 of us and the place was spacious and well accommodated. The customer service by Wyndham was fantastic, answered all of our questions thoroughly and were very patient. They were helpful in letting us know all the things going on nearby. The distance from the condo to the beach was fabulous. Just a very short walk to the beach and short drive to all of the entertainment areas. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

The condo was awesome! Every detail was thought of to accommodate

Loved condo. View of the beach was not great because of Palm trees. However the whole pool/lazy river area awesome! So clean and well kept! Loved covered parking. Especially because the morning we loaded it was raining! Absolutely loved having chairs and umbrella provided each day Also liked Fudpuckers Kiosk on property. However a little pricey. To have lunch by the pool. Also all the staff was great and friendly.

Our backs hurt after the first night from the old very used beds in the condo. We had to sleep diagonally and some even chose to share a twin bed with others instead. These need to be replaced ASAP for future guests. For the price/night that was charged, those beds are unacceptable. The condo also could've been cleaner. The resort itself was very clean and maintained. Adults and kids all had fun at the pools and beach. Location is great.

Overall great experience!

We really enjoyed our stay at Waterscape and in this room, with the exception of a few things. The location and view is beautiful, and the proximity to the pools is great! We enjoyed the atmosphere of the condo. However, a few general things need maintenance or attention. The queen size bed is rather soft and if not small people, causes both to roll to the middle at night. The dishwasher left a few dishes dirty, and in the room with the queen bed, the carpet is coming up at the bathroom entrance, exposing floor staples. While these things did not alter our enjoyment of the trip, they would make me hesitate to book the room in the future without confirmation of updated maintenance.
