The Space:

Gorgeously updated from top to bottom in contemporary style, this condo on the 14th floor of Tidewater Beach Resort offers a spectacular, gulf-front setting like no other. You'll be treated to incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico, as well as on-site amenities that include indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, an expansive fitness center, saunas, a movie room, and beach service provided between October and March.



The air-conditioned interior features leather furnishings, designer artwork, and updated flooring in the living room, kitchen, and bedrooms. The pristine whites throughout the condo mirror the colors of the beach down below, with a truly incredible gulf view awaiting in the living space and outside on the private balcony. There's a glass-top dining table that sits in the light of floor-to-ceiling glass doors, a sectional sofa that faces a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and an open kitchen outfitted with stainless steel appliances and a peninsula breakfast bar for four. Additional amenities include free WiFi, a private washer/dryer, and a full bathroom paired with each of the bedrooms (including the bunk nook).



Tidewater Beach Resort is a gulf-front property on the west end of Panama City Beach, offering fantastic amenities that include gulf-front and indoor swimming pools, hot tubs, saunas, a fitness center, a movie theater, a tiki bar, and a prime location. When you're not enjoying more than 600 feet of private beach at the resort, you'll be less than a mile northwest of Pier Park, the legendary destination for shopping, dining, and entertainment with more than 120 stores.

Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).

Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.

Tidewater has become our vacation destination when in PCB, all the rooms we have stayed in have been through Vacasa and we have never been disappointed, from the staff, to location to everything provided in the room it’s nice to know we don’t have to pack home for trip away.

The property itself was beautiful—very clean, comfortable, and perfectly situated with a breathtaking oceanfront view. We especially appreciated having three bathrooms, which was a great convenience for our group of six.However, our main concern was the lack of basic toiletries and supplies. For a week-long stay with six guests, the provided items didn’t last more than a few days. When we inquired about additional toilet paper, we were told that we were responsible for purchasing our own. In all the rentals we’ve stayed at, we’ve never had to go out and buy essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, laundry detergent, and tissues—especially at this price point. It was definitely an inconvenience that took away from an otherwise wonderful property.

Beautiful Condo

Looks just as advertised. The unit is updated and modern and very clean. Huge big screen TV which was great for the Thanksgiving football games. Be prepared to bring supplies. Other units supply the basics like coffee, filters, salt and pepper, etc.

Tidewater- the elevator wait was a deal breaker

The condo was great. Spacious and clean with an amazing view. My only complaint was the elevator wait times- waiting 35 minutes to get on an elevator is just too much. That to me is not worth doing again. Other than that it was a good experience.

The condo was so nice!

The condo was just as advertised. It was very spacious and remodeled. On a cleanliness standpoint, some dishes needed to be rewashed, and the bathroom had hair and soap from previous renters. All the toys for the beach had sand in it, we did not use any of it. But overall great condo and I will stay again. Attention to detail is everything.

Girls Trip

I know it’s hard to really tell much about anything from online pictures but this condo is in no way capable of accommodating 8 people it barely was enough room for 4 women. The only bedroom that had a dresser to place clothes was master bedroom. The 2 bedroom only had a small closet and it was so packed full of throw pillows and comforters it took up whole closet. Needs a different cleaning crew. We did have a major cleanliness issue that was addressed the next day and it was handled. I will not elaborate on details but it should of never happened, not sure how it even happened and no excuse for it. Like I said it was took care of. But over all it was not as clean as it should have been. There was a broom but no dust pan or a mop. No didn’t come to clean but sometimes still needed. Like with any high rise condo there are issues with elevators but the last day there, I think 2 of the 6 were actually working. Over all we had an awesome trip. A much needed vacation but don’t think that 8 people can comfortably stay in this condo
