The Space:

This beautiful, fourth-floor Gulf-front vacation rental includes sliding glass doors in the living room leading to a covered balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico and the beach. The main bedroom also has a two-window, awesome view of the Gulf and the beach! Other features of this brightly decorated and fun vacation rental condo include porcelain tile floors - no carpet. There is a full-size washer/dryer for your use.



The kitchen has new cabinets and granite countertops, including a wine cube and stemware rack. Full-size double sink and well-equipped kitchen for the chef in your family with all the dishes, pots, and pans needed to prepare and serve meals after a relaxing day on the beach. The kitchen has black stainless steel appliances including a full-size refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, cooktop stove, an oven, microwave, and dishwasher. There is also a Keurig to go along with a regular coffee maker with a full-size pot. The living room has a 50-inch 1080 HD TV with a Blu-Ray DVD player. The primary bedroom has a king bed, TV, DVD player, and an iPod/iPhone alarm clock with a docking system. The private main bathroom has a bathtub and a shower, with a safety handrail. The guest bedroom has a comfy queen bed, TV, and DVD player. There is a table and chairs on the balcony for watching many sunrises and sunsets. All linens and towels are provided; just bring your beach towels and you'll be ready to vacation at the beach! The owners also have beach chairs available so you can enjoy the beach during the beach service off-season. Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together. This condo will become your home away from home!



Things to Know

Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.

Spacious beautiful beach condo

Loved that it looked just like the pictures. Plenty of room for 4 Adults and baby. Definitely would have room for 6 Adults. Absolutely loved the furniture in living area. So comfy! Also appreciated the tall beach chairs on the balcony! That definitely was a plus so we could see over rails & have a beautiful view of the beach.Floor was a little dirty in master bedroom, couple of coffe mugs were dirty, and ceiling fan & few wall pictures were dusty. But all minor and nothing that would keep me from booking this condo again .want for kitchen or just for your stay period! Plenty of towels, pillows, sheets, etc. It lacked nothing. Anything you could think of was there. My only suggestion would be get a thick mattress for pull out couch.

As Described

Our first experience with Vrbo. We will do this again. We indicated that we wanted beachfront, waterfront, water view, and balcony. We got a beautiful, clean condo overlooking the gulf and the beach was just outside the condo doors . It was all I had hoped for. Snooki g and check in were easy and the management team contacted us several times to make sure everything was going well.

Excellent Well equipped condo in a great beach location.

It had everything we needed including a well equipped kitchen. Really enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the daily passing of the dolphins just off shore. Would love to stay again.
