The Space:

This beautiful seventh floor condo is Gulf-front with a large patio that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Other features of this upscale and gorgeous condo include a full-size refrigerator, cook top stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The dining room table has seating for six with additional bar chairs at the breakfast bar. Each room features a television to relax each evening after enjoying a long day out on the beach. You will enjoy a breathtaking ocean view and so much more. All linens and towels are provided for your comfort, but please bring your own beach/pool towels. The condo also features a private washer and dryer.

Beach Haven

I had a great stay. The check in process was seamless and convenient, especially since my flight was extremely delayed. The view and location were perfect. The included beach chairs and umbrella is also a great perk.

Wenner 2019 Vacation Okaloosa Island

We have vacationed in the Destin are for the last 16 years and we really enjoyed the small town feel of the Island. Loved how close the Destin Harbor was as we rent pontoon boats and parasail out of there. The condo was really clean and comfortable. Also liked going into the old part of town and fishing off the pier. Only complaint was the weather. We didn’t let it stop us but had to change our plans daily and didn’t get to enjoy the beach as much but that’s no fault of anyone but Mother Nature. Would recommend this unit to friends and will keep it on our list for next year.

Would definitely stay again.

Very clean. Perfect location. Great view. Accommodated entertaining other family members staying on property when they came over. Communication from host about check in/out very clear and concise. Also checked in at different intervals via text to see if everything was okay without being intrusive. No complaints. Would definitely stay here again. Five other family groups all agreed this was the best unit between all of our condos.

Beautiful gulf front views Fully equipped with all you need Expensive fees is downfall Housekeeping could’ve been better. Floors were dirty, and bathroom amd kitchen sinks not cleaned

Beautiful Beach

Even with the construction on the building we had a great time. You cannot beat the beach on Okaloosa island. The unit was clean and comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with utensils and equipment. Only thing that could be replaced is the master bedroom mattress.

Overall stay was ok.

Ice maker did not work, even after maintenance came. Elevators kept going out repeatedly. Sinks in master bath did not drain good. Air conditioner was out the first 5 hours when we arrived. Great view and location.

Construction

We were made aware of external construction ahead of time,but we had 2 interruptions in our vacation. The air conditioner was replaced so we had no air conditioning from 9-7 on Tuesday. Then, replacement of some water main cut off water to the whole building 8am until 9. It kind of put a damper on 2 of our 5 full days.
