The Space:

You'll love the view of the Gulf from this 11th-floor condo (the top floor!) in peaceful Perdido Key. Upon entering this one-bedroom 1.5-bath condo you'll notice the warm neutral tones of the furnishings, the tile floors throughout the property, and an outstanding coastal view from your private balcony.



This condo sleeps up to five people in a layout that includes a king-sized bed in the bedroom and a king-sized sleeper sofa and sleeper chair in the living room.



It's only a short walk across the boardwalk to the beach from your condo, which is conveniently located near grocery stores and restaurants.



On site, you'll find an outdoor pool, a hot tub, an indoor pool inside a light-filled atrium, a fitness room, and a gathering space in the spacious lobby. There's even a little bookshelf library in the lobby so you can catch up on some reading during your stay!



While there is not a washer/dryer inside the condo, a coin-operated laundry is available in the building.

We had a ball. The balcony, pools, and beach was so very nice and relaxing. The surf fishing was good also. Perdito key is laid back and not too crowded. Check out the Sunset Grille. Good trip!

Good for an aging property. Work on the boardwalks to the beach is needed due to loose boards being a tripping hazard. Pools were clean. Beach was lovely and the chair service was excellent. The unit was as expected and roomy. We had a perfect stay.

Perfect view of the ocean from the unit and the size was just right for a couple. The half bathroom was a plus. The unit is a little dated and has some cosmetic issues but overall, great location, great weather and worth the price.
