Book this well-equipped, fifth-floor condo and get ready to experience the most amazing and unforgettable 'beach-cation' ever! This condo is perfect for families with children, couples, and friends. Overlook the community outdoor pool and pool area from your private balcony as you start your day with a delicious breakfast. The condo's living room has been appointed with comfortable furniture and a TV with cable to keep you all nice and entertained during your stay. However, if you are into more outdoorsy things to do, you can always take a refreshing dip in the community pool, or try a new workout routine at the fitness center. Then, soak your tired muscles in the community hot tub to sleep like a baby afterward. This air-conditioned retreat also boasts a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials, an on-site washer/dryer, and comfortable bedrooms.

All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL



All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants

count toward max occupancy regardless of age

● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

lost or not returned at checkout.

● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

● Wristbands are not required for beach access
