This one-bedroom home has a wonderful view of Waterscape's tropical garden and oasis, and a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. The living room opens up to a spacious balcony with outdoor seating. The condo's kitchen is well-appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining nook has a large table. This lovely home offers a full bath with a stand-up shower and a washer/dryer off the kitchen. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and twin bunk beds. The primary bedroom features a king bed with an ornamental headboard, a private bath, a TV, and a spacious closet.

All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL



Other Things to Note:

All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory for access to all Waterscape amenities. Beach service includes 1 umbrella and 2 chairs. Beach service is coordinated via the onsite beach attendants.
