Great condo, we loved the facilities and all the amenities of Plantation East. Easy and close beach access was great. This will be our go to for Fort Morgan we loved it.
The location of this condo was perfect for our young family. It is close to the indoor and outdoor pools and a quick walk to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and the restaurant in the resort, Sassy Bass, was delicious!
We had a great experience. Everything was conveniently there that was expected in our room. Great location from indoor pool. Would definitely stay again

It was a great vacation! Loved how close the beach was! The house was pretty clean minus the cobwebs. I also wish there had been more kitchen trash bags, as there weee only 3 for any night stay. We would definitely visit again!
Loved the location and amenities but indoor pool/hot tub desperately needs cleaning. Pots/pans and utensils could use updating (scraped nonstick makes me nervous). Could use a mat or something to help catch sand as you go into the condo but overall, we really enjoyed our time there!

Great Place to Spend a Weekend!
We absolutely loved the Condo! It had everything we needed. We decided to come on short notice for a long weekend. This was my niece's first trip to the beach and she loved it! The fact that it is ground level was all the better. We could let the kids play outside the glass doors. The Shaved Ice truck was really great to have come around. The kids loved it. The pool was so cool! The kids were able to play because of the graduated depths. The "hot-tub" area of the pool was very relaxing. Wished we had had more time to enjoy but maybe next year!

Unkept
While the location and resort itself had much to offer in terms of pools, beach access, and activities, it fell short on cleanliness. Upon arrival we discovered a beat up condo with a visibly soiled comforter. Management was quick to respond and housekeeping replaced our bedding, only to find the soiled comforter wadded in a ball in the closet instead of taken to launder. Yuck. The room itself was beat up, dirty, and definitely needed a deep clean. I spoke to a few other visitors who reported similiar experiences. It's unfortunate, as this area has much potential to be great.
Me and my family had a wonderful time we stayed in a 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condo. There was five of us and plenty of room. The only complaint I have is we were left with five towels for a visit of 10 days. We had a toilet overflow so of course we had to use most of the hand towels to clean up the water and when I called the service desk ( I was told that they would have new towels down to us that same day. When I called back later they said they were waiting for a confirmation from the condo onwer. We ended up having to go to the laundromat( $2 a load and they hold $10 every load on your credit card no quarter machines for this place.
But with that one issue we were very happy with the location,if you don't want to be in the city crowds this is the place.

Hi Joshua, we are so glad you enjoyed your stay in our home! We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience of having to wash the towels, as well as for the lack of responsiveness from our staff. At this time, we don't provide extra towels, and we do encourage our guests to use the laundry facilities on the premises if they need to. We hope to host you again soon!
We love this resort. Plantations has a lot to offer. Impeccable white sand beaches, 6 pools, shuffleboard, basketball, and tennis. We stayed in March and came back with the rest of the family in July. The resort is modest, not updated and perfectly maintained, but has so much to offer for a relaxing beach vacation. It’s 20 min to town, which is good and bad. You feel out of the hustle and crowded tourist areas. That also means, short drive to groceries, any dinner options or night life. That suited my young family, ages 9-15yrs old.
This unit was not perfect. Not perfectly clean. Both showers did not drain well, but they addressed the drain after we called. Shower curtains were moldy. Master bed was fitted wrong with a twin flat sheet, it was a queen. When we called, they said they couldn’t fix the issue. Housekeeping was an outside contacted service.
Unit is on first floor and has sliding glass door on opposite end of front door. Easy loading/unloading and coming in from the beach. We had a great stay, but would look at other resorts next time since we have stayed here twice.

Nice Place-once we got in!
The property was in a quiet area, very clean and had everything we needed.
My only issue was at arrival we were unable to get into the property because the lock code didn't work. While speaking with help desk, they kept talking about buttons to push that were not on the lock we were looking at. Long story short, the lock they had set us up for, was not the type of lock we had at facility and the battery to it was dead. Once I sent them a picture of the lock I was told the maintenance worker would not be by us for 45min- 1 hour +. We headed out to get something to eat, and 1 1/2 later were told it was all fixed.
The battery on the keyless lock had died. The next day, we had issues getting back into the place. This time they were able to reset it after 15 minutes. I was compensated for loss time, but after a long drive having to wait around was irritating. I recommend they automatically replace those batteries on a monthly basis to avoid inconvenience or stick to a keybox.
Only complaint is that the master bed and bath smelled like an ash tray. And the room cards kept messing up had to have security let us in our room multiple times. Besides that everything else was great.
