Enjoy the numerous on-site resort amenities that include a community fitness center, a shared pool, and even a sauna. This resort enjoys direct beach access, so you can spend a whole afternoon relaxing by the shoreline before taking the elevator up to easily access this ninth-floor suite!



THINGS TO KNOW

The Palms condominium will be under construction from October 2025 through February 2026. Construction workers and equipment will be on site during this time period. Walkways and access, as well as parking, may be blocked and rerouted as needed. Construction noise will be audible during daytime working hours. Dust will also be airborne during work involving grinding and drilling.

Fantastic Beach Condo for Family

The location and layout were fantastic--best I've had and I've been doing beachfront condos for a number of years now. The balcony was huge, so seeing and hearing the ocean from that everyday was exactly what we wanted!!!

The condo was great! We have stayed at the Palms several times over many years and this is a very well done and updated unit. We would ask for a better/larger water heater for showers...that would be our only issue for a party of 7 staying in the condo. Great furniture and appliances for the kitchen and overall a great place to stay!

Everything was great! While the younger adults enjoyed the beach, the senior citizens loved your balcony! The beds are very comfortable and the unit was clean.

Overall, the property was clean and comfortable. Very well equipped kitchen. The refrigerator has to be replaced immediately. It woke us up each night, and we had to call maintenance twice.
