This cosy and modernly furnished holiday rental is located on the top floor of a three-family home in the centre of Waldeck. It’s the perfect starting point for excursions and recreational activities around Lake Eder, as well as for spending a restful and relaxing time in Waldeck with your family or as a couple. 


Amenities:
1 bedroom with 2 single beds (each 1.00 x 2.00 m), 1 children’s bed (70 x 1.40 m), and a large walk-in closet. A high chair is also available upon request. 
Large, spacious kitchen with dining area, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, radio, coffee maker, and electric kettle.
Living room with dining table, sofa bed for up to 2 people, flat-screen TV, and free Wi-Fi. Bathroom with shower, toilet, hair dryer, and towels. 
A free parking space is located diagonally across from the house and marked “FEWO.”
Bicycles can be stored in the basement.

A maximum of 1 dog is allowed in the holiday rental for a fee of 8.00 EUR per day. You must specify your dog during the booking process. If your dog is not listed in the booking, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee.

The tourist tax for the city of Waldeck is 1.00 EUR per person per day for guests aged 15 and older.



Louisa Holiday Rental on the Top Floor with Balcony / 4 Adults + 1 Child up to 5 Years Old:

The holiday rental is located on the top floor of a three-family home. It is approximately 65 square metres in size, features a large hallway, and has a furnished balcony.

Apartment Amenities: 
- 1 bedroom with two single beds (each 1.00 x 2.00 m) and 1 children’s bed (70 x 1.40 m), plus a large walk-in closet. Bedding for both beds and the children’s bed is already made upon arrival.

- Large, fully equipped kitchen with a hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, radio, high chair, and plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. 

- Living room with a cosy dining area, sofa bed for up to 2 people (1.40 x 2.00 m). Here, too, the bedding is already made upon arrival, depending on occupancy.

- Flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi,

- 1 spacious bathroom with shower, toilet, and hair dryer; towels are provided.

- The furnished balcony is accessible from both the hallway and the bedroom. 

- A maximum of 1 dog is allowed for an additional fee. You must specify your dog during the booking process. If not listed in the booking, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
