The Space:

Don't worry about commutes to the beach at this getaway because you will already be on the beach! Simply step off of the back deck and you will get your fill of sandy toes and crashing waves in no time or soak in bliss in the brand new seven-person hot tub. The beach fun won't stop when you head inside, as the interior is filled with coastal decor, natural light, and views of the water from nearly every room. Entertaining the whole gang will be easy with the open layout of the full kitchen, breakfast nook, dining area, and living room, as everyone can choose their own favorite place to kick back and visit with loved ones. The culinary inclined guests will love hopping into the full kitchen with all of the utensils and appliances of home including two fridges, a coffee maker, and an electric stovetop, and the kids will love giggling at the breakfast bar. Plus, there will be no need to worry about sandy suits, as the private washer and dryer will allow everyone to pack light!



After watching the last light of day disappear each night, everyone can retire to their own space with five spacious bedrooms awaiting to assist in a good night's rest. The adults in the group will love claiming one of the three bedrooms with king beds, as each has an attached full bathroom. The other two bedrooms will be great for the kids, as one offers two queen beds and a twin, and the other will make for the best sleepovers with three sets of twin-over-twin bunks!

You will obviously have no lack of beach fun right at your fingertips, so pack a picnic to bring down to the sand and spend all day soaking up the sunshine as the kiddos build sandcastles nearby. When you want to explore the area a bit, head three miles east to the heart of town and check out the local restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores. The far side of the island is home to The Estuarium at Dauphin Island Sea Lab, Fort Gaines, and fairy rides that will bring you over to the Fort Morgan State Historic Site in no time!

Beautiful house. Loved the location and was perfect for our family. Only issues was the wifi not working the first day and living room tv never working. Which was not much of an issue since we stayed out at the beach the whole time.

Overall, this house was very nice and spacious. It has a beautiful beach/ocean view. Very family friendly. The house was overall fairly clean, aside from some mold around the vents in each of the bathrooms. The hot tub didn't work when we got there (which we were unaware of), but they did get it fixed while we were there. The amenities listed spices, but all that was there was salt and pepper and those were difficult to find. The wi-fi was very spotty and often didn't work. While we didn't use the tvs often, we did use them for some downtime in the evenings for the kids.

House is in a great spot, beach is nice and not crowded. The house is well stocked with bedding and towels and kitchen amenities and very comfortable to enjoy the living area, deck or hot tub.

Amazing beach house

We absolutely loved our stay. The location was absolutely perfect. We were able to hang out in the beach everyday with no other people around us. The house was perfect for a big group. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. We all loved it! The kitchen was also very well equipped for any type of meal! Would 10 out of 10 recommend!

Great Place as Advertised

Great place for surf fishing and/or easy beach access. Includes some nice amenities that you don't always think of including an extremely well stocked Kitchen (e.g., cast iron skillets, frying equipment, cookie sheets galore, etc...), Weber five burner propane grill on deck, back-up propane tanks, three large refrigerator/freezers and one small freezer chest. Hot tub worked perfectly while we were there and was used much more than I expected.

Family Tradition

This was our 3rd time to Dauphin Island with our 2 daughters their husbands and children. Our first time to this property and we were not disappointed in anyway. The location, beach space, abundance of beach toys made it great for the 5 grandsons. The kitchen is well staffed and the house with plenty of bedrooms for all to spread out. The deck and furniture were a great place to spend time when not on the beach. The hot tub was a big plus as well. The property was everything we needed so we booked it again before we left!

What a Great House!

ItT was just my husband and I staying at the house for my 50th birthday as I was really sold on the master bedroom with direct Gulf views. But boy could this be a great place for getting the whole family and/or friends together for a large group trip. PLENTY of space, GREAT views, the deck was fantastic, close to everything and you couldn't beat sitting in the hot tub at night overlooking the water. Would definitely rent here again!!

Great Tennis Trip at the Beach

It was a great house for us to rent, the house had so much room and lots of kitchenware and fridge space. The hot tub was nice to have on a chilly night. When we got there it was dark and we drove a little too far under the house, we got stuck in the sand but Vacasa was kind enough to pull us out. The porch had lots of really nice chairs to sit in or lounge in. Overall great place!!

Great rooms for large family. Loved being so close on the beach. Disappointed that we were not able to use elevator as one reason I booked this property as family member recently had surgery and I am elderly. Please remove from the amenities.

Wonderful Large Family Vacation

This property was exactly as pictured and described! We absolutely loved every aspect of this house from location (right on the beach), amenities, and cleanliness! There was plenty of space for all 17 of us to spread out, and for the kids to play together. The back deck was awesome! We could sit under the covered porch while it rained, and sit on the uncovered sections if we wanted some sun. The property had plenty of beach chairs and chairs on the back deck, as well. We definitely will be back!

This beach house is perfect

We had the best time playing at the beach right down from the deck. Older family members got to watch the kids play from the comfort of the deck. The house was very nice and clean. This was our 1st time going to dauphin island and it was awesome. Not overcrowded and very family oriented. There are a few suggestions I have for this home: better softer sheets, comfier beds and the rug in the living room slid very easily and almost caused some falls for grandparents. Would recommend and will stay again.

My family and friends have been spending a week at the beach for the last six years! This house is set up perfectly for our family.. Plenty of room, kitchen is fully stocked with any appliance. We were blown away by the deck and very nice deck furniture! This house is what our family has everything my family has been looking for! Quiet and we had the beachfront view. Toys were there for my grandkids. Making reservations for next trip! Definitely be back’

The home was very roomy and comfortably fit 10 adults and 4 children. The kitchen is fully stocked and found ourselves needing nothing in order to cook for our large family. The additional fridge and standing freezer was a nice addition as well. By far the most comfortable patio furniture I’ve seen while staying at any beach house. Just know, the only thing you’ll need when you stay here is toilet paper, trash bags, and paper towels. There were some concerns though: mainly there was a musty smell from the kitchen cabinets of high moisture along with black mold around the A/C vents in two, maybe 3 of the bedrooms which may have caused a few of our guests with some respiratory problems during our stay. The hot tub filter cover was broken and held on by tape which had to keep being reset. The step towards the bottom of the staircase wasn’t secured which made my MIL fall, luckily nothing which caused injury. One of the doors to the laundry rooms handle was broken and a few minor other things that should have just already been fixed. Over all, it’s a very nice place but maybe the upkeep side of the house has been neglected too long. In my opinion.
