Enjoy the perfect spot just outside downtown! Set up for 30+ stays. Conveniently located 2 minutes from the freeway, on a city bike route, and only 3 blocks from the Trax train. Liberty Park is a short 2-block walk, while Park City and the surrounding canyons are just a 20-minute drive away
Surrounded by coffee shops, golfing, restaurants, and local boutiques, this home offers a great view and an unbeatable location for exploring the city

The space
Charming Victorian Home with Private Patio.
Step into my 1896 Victorian home in the heart of Salt Lake City! This fully fenced property offers tons of character and an amazing vibe. Relax on the private back patio with hammocks and enjoy a serene, quiet space.
Despite its central location, the home feels wonderfully private. Walk the neighborhood for delicious takeout, city hotspots, Liberty Park (3 blocks away), and 40 minutes from all major ski resorts. You'll also enjoy convenient access to the freeway, public transport, and the local scene.
A walk up or down 900 South (Just one block South) could fill an entire day with fun experiences, food, drinks, and shopping.
*The home doubles as a private Pole Fitness Studio. Liability waivers and adherence to studio protocols are REQUIRED. Everyone in the home must sign the waiver.
*No parties or events. Every guest must be listed on the reservation.
*Pet-Friendly: $15/day. Please bring a bed or kennel for your fur baby, and kindly clean up after them in the yard. Note: There may be another tenant upstairs, so please be considerate.
*Upstairs apartment may be available if more living space is needed.

Enjoy a comfortable stay with full access to the main level of my home. The space includes a master bedroom with a king-sized bed, a spare bedroom with a full-sized bed, cozy living room with a couch, and 4 permanent fitness poles. The fully equipped kitchen, dining table, and desk area make it easy to feel right at home.
Additional amenities include FirestickTV, Wi-Fi, and Amazon Echos for your convenience. There’s also indoor storage for skis and bikes, plus plenty of thoughtful touches throughout the home.
IMPORTANT: All guests are required to sign a waiver before staying.
