Upon check-in, you will be provided with towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper for your convenience. Our housekeeping team will replenish the shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper at no additional cost while their scheduled cleaning takes place. If you wish to change linens and towels has an extra cost and must be requested through the Airbnb app via message.
Housekeeping hours may vary and are scheduled one day in advance, offering limited flexibility. Please request the housekeeping service through the Airbnb app via message at least 1 day prior.
Please inform us via the Airbnb app if you intend to host guests, providing their full names for our records. Note that only 4 people are permitted to stay overnight in the apartment.

Please do not remove your makeup or sunscreen with the towels. If there is evidence of stained towels or sheets after your checkout, we will wash them. However, if the stains do not come off, we will have to charge you for a new set.
There are trash containers beside the pharmacy. Please deposit your trash there.
Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to Airbnb.

To promote a clean, orderly, and safe environment in the common areas of the condominium, governed by applicable laws, but not limited to them, the following rules for use and maintenance are established:
A. Smoking is not allowed in common areas without your own ashtray. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in trash cans exclusively.
B. Residents must clean any common area they dirty. This includes, but is not limited to, spills, food waste, and any other type of disorder.
C. Use of Common Bathrooms: In case of causing a blockage in any bathroom of the common areas, it must be reported immediately to the administration for prompt resolution.
D. Garbage must be deposited in designated containers besides the pharmacy. It is allowed to leave closed and hole-free garbage bags outside the main doors of the rented apartment only between 10:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m. If you dirty the common area, you must take care of the cleaning. In the case of boxes, flatten them.
E. Glass is not allowed in common areas. Pools, swimming pools, sunbathing areas, snack bars, gardens, common roof gardens, machine rooms, laundry rooms, service rooms, maintenance storage rooms, as well as all spaces intended for general facilities and common services.
F. Residents and their visitors must use the common areas during the hours defined by the administration. It is prohibited to carry out activities that disturb the peace of other owners, guests, visitors, or residents.
G. Any person who engages in acts contrary to morality and good manners in common areas will be immediately expelled.
H. At any time of the day or night, it is strictly prohibited to use any device that generates excessive sound or noise that can be heard from one unit to another or in common areas, such as speakers, music systems, TVs, computers, or cell phone calls, which disturb the tranquillity of other residents. Headphones must be used at all times for these activities.
I. From 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., voices should be regulated, and no noise that disrupts peaceful coexistence throughout the property will be allowed.
J. Physical or verbal acts of violence are prohibited.

A. The hours for gym use will be Monday to Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
B. Access to this area and the use of gym equipment is exclusively for residents (Owners and Guests) and not for visitors.
C. Personal Hygiene: Before entering the gym, all users must wash their hands. This measure aims to promote a hygienic and healthy environment for all gym users.
D. Use of gym equipment is not allowed for minors under 18 years old unless accompanied by an adult.
E. Access to this area is prohibited for anyone under the influence of alcohol or any psychotropic substances.
F. Use of gym equipment is at the owner`s and/or guest`s own risk, who must take all necessary precautions for their safety.
G. Gym equipment cannot be used for activities other than those intended for each device; the owner and/or guest will be solely responsible for any possible injury.
H. Presence in the gym is limited to physical exercise; people not using this area for exercise are not allowed.
I. Appropriate Attire: Appropriate sports shoes are required in the gym. Sandals, flip-flops, crocs, or any footwear other than sports shoes are prohibited. Additionally, shoes must be clean and free of mud, sand, or other substances that may dirty or damage the equipment or facilities.
