This 3-bedroom holiday home in Wichmannsdorf is located right by the beach, in a quiet and central spot between the Baltic Sea resorts of Kühlungsborn (6 km) and Rerik (9 km). The beautiful house is situated at the end of a charming, historic tree-lined avenue that leads to a privately owned castle. There’s hardly any car traffic here.



The single-story, 3-room holiday home offers 90 square metres of holiday comfort, plus a wonderful spot surrounded by nature. From the sunny terrace, guests can enjoy an unobstructed view of the adjacent paddock and the beautiful natural surroundings. Children can play freely and carefree, run around, and experience and discover nature.



Horse lovers among the guests are welcome to visit the horses in the neighbouring paddock, pet them, and—by arrangement—groom them under supervision or take a guided ride.



Wichmannsdorf is a tranquil, picturesque town on the Baltic Sea and a relaxing holiday destination. At the Backhus in Wichmannsdorf, bread is regularly baked and sold according to old traditions.

Spacious 3-room holiday home, single-story, 90 square metres with a sun terrace, garden, and a horse paddock right next door. The location and amenities are perfect for families, horse lovers, and nature enthusiasts.

The country holiday home features two separate bedrooms with double beds, each equipped with a wardrobe and chest of drawers, as well as a bright and spacious living and dining area with a sofa nook, TV, and dining table. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster, and offers plenty of space for cooking together on holiday. The living room opens directly onto the furnished sun terrace with its own beach chair. From here, you can enjoy a magnificent, unobstructed view of the natural surroundings. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, bathtub, washing machine, and toilet. The holiday home is at ground level and has limited accessibility. There is only one small threshold in the shower and one leading to the terrace.
