The house is detached and surrounded by a garden, in a quiet residential area.
The most important feature is the 40m² terrace, along with two smaller balconies. The view from the terrace stretches from the town of Krk to the sea and the hills. In front of the house there is a beautiful garden with a grill, table tennis table and outdoor shower. There is also a storage room, where you can keep bicycles and other items. If you rent both apartments with friends, then a shared terrace is available. Behind the house there is a large parking area for up to eight cars. The whole house and its guests are insured by Grawe.
The apartment of around 140m² is on two floors. It is fully-equipped with everything, as the owner lived in it himself until recently. It consists of three bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms with a bath, a gallery and a living room. It is possible for three further people to sleep on the gallery. The apartment is very comfortably furnished and exudes homeliness. The kitchen also provides all the essentials.
