Beautiful holiday house DIVNA in Pinezići can accommodate 6 persons. On the ground floor of the house there is a living room, a kitchen with access to the terrace, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom. The space being rented is private and intended exclusively for guests. Guests have at their disposal a private outdoor area with pool, terrace and barbecue. Owners live at the property, in a separate flat with separate entrance and use only one parking lot.

High-end vacation!

We enjoy our stay. Everything was great. The barbecue area is great with its own dining table and sink, have direct access to main kitchen. Pool area is great, with a lot of space for those who like to have the sunbathe as well as the shadow area with outdoor furniture. The hose itself is spacious and comfortable. In walking distance there is a great gravel beach, with small cafe/bar. We prefer to drive there by car due to road back is upstairs and is slightly changing for children's. Near the beach was spacious parking for 5€ per day, if you are lucky you can park in shadow under the trees. We enjoy our stay and recommend Tomislav's villa😁👍

Ein sehr modernes und komplett eingerichtetes Haus im Ikea-Landstil. Es fehlt an nichts - Geschirr, Bettwäsche, Gasgrill, Staubsauger und vieles mehr .. alles vorhanden! Die Doppelbetten sind sehr angenehm und frisch bezogen. Das Haus / Grundstück / Pool sind sehr sauber - wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause! Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend und nett! Es ist 1-2 Privatparkplätze vorhanden und die Ortschaft ist sehr sicher! Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig und befindet sich im Neubaugebiet am Rande der Ortschaft. Wir können dieses Objekt sehr empfehlen - man findet hier seine Ruhe und man kann dem Alltag sehr schnell entfliehen .. da absolute Ruhe geboten wird! ps der Strand ist ca 5 Autominuten entfernt - Parkplatz 0,70 eur / std nächstes Restaurant ca 5 Autominuten in der nächsten Ortschaft Geschäfte ca 15-20 Autominuten in Krk sehr leicht zu erreichen Bäckerei ca 7 Autominuten im Nachbardorf

Das Objekt ist modern und mit guten IKEA-Möbeln geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Der Pool ist wunderbar ca 150 cm tief und ausreichend für eine Erfrischung für 4-6 Personen, mein Sohn konnte sogar Bahnen schwimmen :) ( ca 4-5m ). Das Haus wurde durchdacht mit allen wichtigen Sachen ausgestattet, es fehlte uns an nichts! Extras waren: Gasgrill, Waschmaschine, Klimaanlage in allen Räumen, Staubsauger und und und .. wir waren positiv überrascht! Der Gastgeber (eine Junge Familie) sehr zuvorkommend und nett!Der Strand max 1km entfernt mit einem Parkplatz für 0,70 Euro / Std - alles sehr human.Es gibt mehrere Restaurants in der nahen Umgebung ebenso eine tolle Bäckerei im Nachbardorf.Die Ortschaft verfügt ebenso über einen Basketballplatz.Wir können dieses Objekt weiter empfehlen, da es sich hier um eine ehrliche und
