In the freestanding A-frame house (approx. 50 sqm) you live on two levels. Two separate bedrooms are located on the upper floor and are accessible via a samba staircase. Living and dining area as well as kitchen and shower/WC are located on the ground floor. The house has its own terrace with garden and stunning views of Lake Constance and the Alps as well as a car parking space.

Wir fahren seit über 20 Jahren nach Immenstaad und hatten jetzt schon 5 x das ND1 gebucht. Während unseres Aufenthaltes hatten wir 7 Tage Sonnenschein und konnten mit dem Fahrrad 360 km Unfall und pannenfrei zurücklegen. Wir werden wieder mal im Ferienwohnpark Immenstaad vorbeischauen, vielleicht schon nächstes Jahr. Danke auch für den reibungslosen Buchungsverlauf und die Betreuung vor Ort.

Sehr schön wäre es gewesen, wenn Sie auch Einfluss auf das Wetter gehabt hätten , so konnten leider fast nur Indoor-Aktivitäten gemacht werden und nicht die schöne Bodenseeregion erkundet werden!
