In the large, free-standing Nurdachhaus (approx. 70 square meters) you live on two levels.

Two separate bedrooms are on the upper floor and can be reached via a staircase. Both bedrooms can be darkened with shutters.

The living and dining area as well as the kitchen with dishwasher and oven and shower / toilet are on the ground floor.

The house has its own terrace with a large garden and a parking space near the house.
