Das Geld nicht wert

Schon vor Anreise teilt der Gastgeber lapidar mit, dass das Gefrierfach im Kühlschrank defekt sei. Dem war auch leider so. Leider ist auch der mini Tresor für den Schlüssel defekt, so dass das Entnehmen der Schlüssel sehr fummelig war. Bei der Wohnung von "renoviert" zu sprechen, ist auch mehr als übertrieben. Die Wände sind neu gestrichen und ein neuer Boden wurde mehr schlecht als recht verlegt. Die dabei - nur teilweise - verwendeten Abschlussleisten sind sehr spitz und nicht bündig verlegt und stellen aus meiner Sicht eine Verletzungsgefahr da. Die winzige Küche und das ebenso kleine Bad sind im baujahrtypsichen Zustand. Die Sauberkeit nur gefühlt gegeben und eher oberflächlich. Der penetrante "Raumduft" und "Wäscheduft" haben unseren Urlaub leider sehr getrübt und den "Duft" hatten wir noch Wochen danach in unseren Textilen (trotz mehrfacher Wäsche). Das Apartment ist damit leider definitiv nicht für Allergiker geeignet. Es liegt auch nah an der Durchfahrtsstraße in Haidmühle, daher muss mit Verkehrslärm (die Fenster sind dem baujahrtypisch kein großes Hemmnis für Schall) mit Straßenlärm gerechnet werden. Im Winter könnte es sehr kalt werden.. wie hier bereits geschrieben wurde, war die Wohnung angenehm frisch, was uns im Sommer nicht gestört hat. Einzig die Aussicht und Nähe zum kleinen See haben uns hier nicht vorzeitig abreisen lassen.
