The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a house and offers everything you need for a successful holiday. You can look forward to a wonderful sea view. The furnishings are cosy and modern. Thanks to the air conditioning, you can enjoy pleasant temperatures even on hot days.



Spend a few relaxing days on the beach. Restaurants and shops are also within walking distance. You live in the centre, yet in a quiet area without car noise, as a narrow road leads to the house.

You can play tennis and golf nearby and hire bicycles.

Zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit ein wunderbarer Ausblick.

Zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit ein wunderbarer Ausblick. Die Altstadt, die Insel Pag, Kres und die Delphininsel und vieles mehr bei wechselndem Wetter. Stille. Das Einzige, was einen nachts wecken kann, sind die Hähne um 4.45 Uhr :) Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr sauber und modern. Vielleicht wäre eine kleine Kaffeemaschine nützlich. Groß ist nicht praktikabel. 250 Meter bis zum Wassertaxi. Die Anreise mit dem Auto ist gar nicht so schlimm, man könnte sagen, dass es auf der Insel normal ist. Wir waren ein Audi A3. Die Besitzer sind jederzeit sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Eine Unterkunft, die keine Wünsche offen lässt, vorausgesetzt man sucht ein Apartment dieser Art. Der Vermieter hat zwei Tage vor der Reise schon Kontakt mit uns aufgenommen und war vor Ort auch jederzeit per WA zu erreichen und antwortete innerhalb kürzester Zeit. Wünsche wurden nahezu prompt erfüllt. Eine Bettwäsche-Handtuchwechsel war jederzeit möglich.Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung.Hervorzuheben ist der einmalige Ausblick auf die Adria.Drei kleine Wehrmutstropfen. Dadurch das es nur ein zwei Platteninduktionsherd und keinen Backofen gibt, ist eine Selbstverpflegung nicht einfach. Aber wer lesen kann ist im Vorteil, dass steht so in der Beschreibung auch drin.Und absolut abenteuerlich ist die Anfahrt. Eine Anfahrt mit einem sportlichen Fz oder sogar tiefergelegtes Fz ist meines Erachtens nicht möglich. Die Straße ist gerade so breit wie ein Auto und in Teilen so steil, dass der Blick zur Fahrbahn nicht mehr möglich ist. Bei Gegenverkehr wird es spannend. Aber auch das kennen wir von anderen Unterkünften in Rab. Also eigentlich nichts Ungewöhnliches. Und der Sparziergang zu Fuß wird zum Sportevent ;-)Alles in allem. Sehr zu empfehlen.Auch noch wichtig: Im Flur gibt es drei Schalter für das Badezimmer. Mit einen schaltet man die Warmwasserheizung für die Duschen aus. Gabt dann am ersten Abend eine kalte Dusche. ;-)
