The host is super nice, and extremely responsive, there was one small hiccup but Ti was very quick to get it resolved, and the newly installed central AC was perfect during the 100 temperatures. I will definately miss the gas stove. She's a great host, the house is a nice comfortable home on a very quiet street.

The house looks like the photos and the kitchen is really nice. Other parts of the house could use some TLC. Outside the house the garbage can was full & stinky and there were cardboard boxes on the ground. We could not get the key lockbox to open. I tried calling the owner but her phone wasn’t taking calls. I sent a message through VRBO and she responded saying that it was pretty hot and maybe that’s why the box wouldn’t open. We had been on the road from Waco and were hot & tired ourselves. After about 25 minutes we finally got the box open to get the key out. I messaged her to let her know and she said she was just getting ready to send the manager out to help us. Overall the stay was not terrible but several things in the house need some attention.
Highly recommend. Just as described in a quiet location, clean and well cared for. Prefect proximity to OBU for those in town for that. Kind and receptive host.
