The house was spacious and clean, with comfortable mattresses and pillows, plenty of towels for both showering and the beach, and fast Wi-Fi.However, there were a few things we didn’t like. The listing mentioned that the town was within walking distance, but we didn’t realize that most of the walk involved walking along the road, with no sidewalk for much of the way. It was quite scary at first, although we eventually got used to it.The air conditioning also switched off automatically after a few hours, which made it difficult to sleep with it running through the night. Unfortunately, the house had a noticeable moldy smell. For a five-day stay, we were also provided with only one roll of toilet paper, and the kitchen had very few forks and spoons. Perhaps the cleaning staff simply forgot to leave extra supplies.Overall, the house had some good features, but a few improvements would make the stay much more enjoyable.

The local authority mandates that short-term rentals must be energy efficient. The air conditioners and lights are smart and energy efficient so they automatically switch off when there is no presence detected in the whole of the apartment. They do not switch off at night when the apartment is occupied and guests are sleeping. Regarding the toilet paper, there is an additional roll left under the sink for guests. We apologize if there was not enough cutlery, the apartment is stocked with kitchenware (including cutlery) for five guests but I will have the cleaners do an inventory to make sure none has gone missing. If you had raised any of these issues during your stay, we would have address them at the time. Regardless, we appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back soon.

Jahan was a great host; very good communication, house was exactly how described. Clean and walkable to Front street in Hamilton. Great experience!
