The Studio Apartment Parque Santiago 3 is located in a very well-maintained complex directly by the sea and the beautiful beach of Playa de Las Americas. All shops, restaurants, hairdressers, banks and cash machines are within walking distance. The flat has a combined living room and bedroom with a kitchenette. There are 2 single beds, which can be put together if desired. In addition, the sofa bed can be used as a sleeping accommodation for 2 more persons.

The living room has a flat screen TV with satellite channels and a small stereo system, internet is available free of charge via Wifi.

From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the pool and the well-kept garden with palm trees and tropical plants.
The terrace has seating furniture, you can sit there in the evening with a glass of wine and enjoy.

The kitchen has a hob, oven, fridge and freezer, microwave, as well as toaster, kettle and coffee maker. Internet is available free of charge via Wifi. There is also a washing machine with iron and ironing board.

The flat is ideal for a bathing and beach holiday, it is also ideal for a long-term holiday. The complex has a very nice pool area. There is also a bistro by the pool for snacks and ice cream (for a fee).

Summer stay

I rarely write reviews but feel compelled to let you know about the failings with this accommodation. The pictures on the listing show a bright and airy studio but the reality is dull and tired. Issues were - curtains didn’t meet, ceiling fan over the beds was rusty, rattled and gave off no cool air. The separate portable fan didn’t work, bathroom wasn’t very clean, only fixing for the shower was too low and the shower head leaked. Probably the worst part were the tiny ants running around the kitchen area, bedding and even ended up in my suitcase. There looked like ant powder in places so suspect the issue was ongoing. This just needs some improvements to bring it back to a fabulous property as the location is great.
