Located on the ground floor, this stylishly furnished 55 m² apartment consists of a spacious living room with an open kitchen and dining area, as well as 1 bedroom and a bathroom. It also features a south-facing balcony with a magnificent view. The bedroom is furnished with a box-spring bed. The high-quality furnishings and warm decor ensure that you’ll feel right at home. The apartment also features fly screens and electric exterior blinds. In short, a beautiful holiday apartment where you can truly enjoy your stay. The apartment’s location is perfect—sunny and just a few steps from the centre of Neulengbach, centrally located in the Vienna Woods. You can reach the western part of Vienna in about 30 minutes or travel conveniently by train. The train station is within walking distance. It takes about 30 minutes to drive to the regional capital, St. Pölten. There are wonderful hiking trails in and around Neulengbach, or you can explore the area by bike.
You’re also welcome to charge your electric or hybrid car here. You’ll need a 400-volt, 3-phase, 16-amp connection for this. Electricity usage will be billed separately.
