We've thought of everything in advance — most questions you'll have are already answered in our listing, messages, or your welcome guide. We recommend reviewing the welcome guide upon arrival, as it covers all the details you need to make the most of your stay. Everything will be ready and waiting for you before you arrive.
Early Check-In & Late Check-Out — Available for a fee. You'll receive a request link once your booking is confirmed.
Climate Control — 3 floors, 3 thermostats. Please don't set below 67°F and allow 45–60 min for temp to fully adjust.
No smoking indoors — smoking is permitted outside on the balcony ONLY. $50 per bud fee if found and $100 ozone fee if smoking is performed inside.
Gatherings — Up to 10 guests welcome with advance notice. Exceeding this without notifying us = $500 fee. The booking guest is responsible for all guests and anything in the home.
Noise — Townhome community. Please be mindful of neighbors, especially after 10 PM. We do monitor noise.
Cameras — Exterior only. Your privacy inside is fully protected.
Remotes & Property — Handle with care. Lost or broken remotes = $200 replacement fee. All damage and losses are the booking guest's responsibility.
Supplies — Dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, trash bags, mop & broom are complimentary. Please be mindful of use.
