Our cozy holiday apartment, beautifully located in a sunny south-facing position, offers 64 m² of living space and provides peace and relaxation for up to 6 guests (maximum 4 adults). It is ideal for families and includes:

- One bedroom with two single beds that can be combined into a double bed

- A small sleeping alcove (“sleeping den”) with two bunk beds, suitable only for children up to 12 years; this room is intended exclusively for sleeping and is not suitable as a living area

- Fully equipped fitted kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, refrigerator, freezer, etc.

- Spacious bathroom with shower

- Furnished terrace

Outdoor Area and Leisure Facilities

The terrace offers unobstructed views of Hauzenberg and, on clear days, even the Alps.

Just a few minutes’ walk (approx. 500 m) along a scenic trail takes you to Freudensee, which is perfect for swimming in summer and ice-skating in winter.

The property also features:
- Sledding area directly at the house
- Children’s playground
- Large communal barbecue
- Table tennis on the grounds
- Free use of the outdoor pool (seasonal), indoor pool, and sauna

(Please note: indoor and outdoor pools and the sauna are closed in November.)

- Cleaning fee: €70
- Tourist tax: €2 per person/day
- Dogs: only by prior arrangement, small to medium size; dog fee: €6 per day
- Bedding is included
- Towels can be added optionally: set (bath towel + hand towel) €5 per person, bath mat and dish towel: €0.50 each
