Two 55 square meter apartments (592 square foot) are available for rent. They are located next to each other, and can be rented together or separately. It is located at Melia Angra Resort (inaugurated in 2008), just 15 meters (49 feet) from the beach, on the third floor, there is an elevator, and panoramic view to the sea and the swimming pool.
Both units are duplex, with separate entrances. They are fully furnished (upstairs and downstairs), each has an American kitchen (with utensils, fridge, microwave, oven), with air conditioning, and can accommodate 4-6 people (per apartment).
Parking available, two kayaks, and one spot for a 60 feet boat at the marina.

Falo primeiro da contratação.Desejava me hospedar no apartamento com varanda , mas fiquei no que não tem varanda. Atento com o codigo de cada unidade. A relação custo x beneficio é positiva. A roupoa de cama pode ser melhorada

Poderia ter sido melhor.

O condomínio é lindo e muito bem cuidado, já o apartamento deixou a desejar... A limpeza não estava ok, o ar-condicionado não é limpo há muito tempo (minhas filhas são alérgicas e passaram muito mal). Tive que entrar em contato com a pessoa que administra para levar roupa de cama limpa.

A gente não tinha conhecimento que a família tem alérgicas. Mas, quando Você solicitou, a Sra. Marcilene trocou as cobertores na hora, para tipo antialérgico, e Você agradeceu por isso. Agora não falaram nada sobre a limpeza de filtro do ar condicionado. Se tivesse mencionado, o pessoal teria limpado na hora. A higienização do ar condicionado está feito por agenda, por fora e por dentro, mas em função do extremo calor de janeiro os aparelhos funcionaram direto, e por isso sujaram os filtros com rapidez. Agradeco que reportou o problema e os filtors já foram limpados.

Resort bonito, confortável e seguro

O imóvel é lindo e super aconchegante. São 2 andares com banheiro e cama de casal e alguns sofás cama. No primeiro, tem uma pequena cozinha equipada, que supre a necessidade de uma família em férias. Possui uma mesa/bancada, cafeteira nespresso, sanduicheira, microondas e um fogão de 2 bocas. Tudo muito bom, porém a limpeza de algumas panelas, pratos, copos e armários ficaram a desejar. Infelizmente, faltou cuidado com o aspecto limpeza e manutenção. Muitas tomadas não funcionam e os controles das TVs também não. Outro aspecto que merece atenção é pontualidade. Se o horário for marcado, o mínimo é avisar que avisar que vai atrasar.

Lamento muito pelas inconveniências. Uma pena que não me avisou sobre as faltas, na hora. Os controle remotos poderiam ter trocados imediatamente e as pilhas também. Correções na limpeza são instantâneos. A manutenção e o serviço de limpeza estão continuamente presentes no condomínio, para efetuar prontamente preparos, tanto na área técnica, como na limpeza.

Os imóveis são excelentes porém em minha opinião não comportam confortavelmente o numero de hospedes indicados, talvez 4, no máximo. Não há praia próxima, a mais próxima esta a pelo menos 10 minutos de carro e não é boa.

O apartamento tem 01 cama casal e 02 camas solteiras que podem ser fixadas para cama casal. Além disso tem 04 sofá camas que são mais apropriadas para crianças. Mesmo assim, já muitas vezes acomodamos até 08 pessoas, sem queixas. O ideal mesmo seria 04 adultos e 02 crianças .
