The outdoor playground area must remain accessible to the homeowner during work hours.
Pool and playground use during these times may be limited unless coordinated with the host.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Kitchen Setup. The guest house does not include a full indoor kitchen. While the guest house is all yours, there is only 1 bedroom. However, guests have access to: Microwave, Air fryer, Keurig, Blackstone grill, Green Egg, Req Tec Pellet Grill, Outdoor sink, Ice maker, fridge & freezer, Pool & Hot Tub Disclaimer, The pool and hot tub are for registered guests only and used at your own risk., No lifeguard on duty, Children must be supervised at all times, No glass, diving, or horseplay, Guests with medical conditions should consult a doctor before use

Please Note: During the work week (Monday–Friday) between the hours of 7:00 AM and 4:30 PM, the outdoor playground area must remain accessible to the homeowner. We kindly ask that guests refrain from using the outdoor pool and playground during these hours unless coordinated with host for access. Other things to note- Property is in a quiet established neighborhood. Bedroom is located on second floor. The main floor is patio, outdoor dining and bathroom. There is not a full kitchen in guest house. There is an air-fryer, microwave, kuerig, blackstone griddle, green egg, pellet smoker and sink.

Pool & Hot Tub Disclaimer The pool and hot tub are for registered guests only and used at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty—children must be supervised at all times. No glass, diving, or horseplay is allowed. Guests with health concerns (pregnancy, heart issues, etc.) should consult a doctor before hot tub use.
