This house is located in Igueste de Candelaria, in the sunny east of Tenerife. Here you can enjoy absolute peace and is located far away from the big tourism. The property allows the right physical and social distancing required in the current situation.

There is also a terrace with sun loungers and parasol. From the property you have a beautiful sea and mountain view.

This more than 100 years old restored house is divided on two floors. The bedroom has two single beds, which can be put together to form a double bed. Next to the bedroom there is also a toilet, the bathroom on the ground floor has a shower, toilet and washbasin. In the kitchen there is a 4-plate cooker, a fridge with freezer, a coffee machine, a toaster, a microwave and a kettle. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed, a TV with international programmes and a collection of books.

Local trails and beautiful views. In the area you can also go for pleasant walks and bird watching. However, it is only a 10 minute drive to the beautiful town of Candelaria. Here you should definitely visit the beautiful church. Furthermore, there are some sandy beaches ideal for swimming. Just 15 kilometres away is the capital, Santa Cruz, and the popular Playa de las Teresitas, with its golden sand. The university town of La Laguna is also worth a visit.

Access is via a private cobbled passageway. Private parking, small car hire is recommended.
