This property was very nice and clean, it made us feel at home, comfortable for our large group and kid friendly! The host check in on us to let us know they were available if needed but everything was already perfect! We will definitely utilize this property as we travel back! 10/10 we recommend!

lots of ants in the bedrooms and in the beds, also hair and dirt etc. asked for the rooms to be cleaned and seems like they just remade beds with the same bedding. very loud party area not idea for families with children.

Overall, we had a good stay and the home served our family well during a pretty unique transition period. We’re a family of five and needed a place for about a month after moving to Florida, following a last-minute change in our original accommodations, so having a comfortable, functional space mattered a lot.The layout worked great for our family, and our kids absolutely loved both pools, especially the neighborhood pool, which was almost always empty and ended up being a huge highlight of the stay. That said, a couple things didn’t quite match the listing. The property was advertised as brand new, but it appeared to be at least a few years old. While nothing was terrible, the home showed noticeable wear and tear if you looked closely. For example, the leather couch cushions had significant cracking, and overall the furnishings felt more worn than expected. Cleanliness was acceptable, but not quite to the standard we were hoping for, especially for a property marketed as new.Overall, despite those shortcomings, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated having a reliable home base during a stressful move.
