I FULLY REMODELED THIS CONDO in February of 2026- This beautiful 19th floor condo overlooks the beach. You will experience breath taking Ocean Views from the bed, balcony or the sofa. Located on the beach, you will have access a bar/restaurant, snack shops, swimming pools, 700 foot lazy river, gyms, saunas, jacuzzis, Pickleball courts and much more. Close to many restaurants and shops. It's all here in the Myrtle Beach Resort. You must be at least 23 years of age to book this condo

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Wash, dry and put away any dishes that were used.-Do not put any wet dishes in the cabinets.
-Put any furniture that was moved back where it was.-Remove items from the refrigerator and wipe any stains
Take all trash to the trash chute in the trash room near the elevator lobby. There is a trash room on every floor.-Remove sheets and pillow cases from the bed and put them in the bathtub
Double check that you have removed all of your personal belongings and send me a text message to let me know that you have left the condo.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
