The space
Split plan with 9' floor-to-ceiling windows and spacious balcony overlooking the ocean, Intracoastal, and downtown Fort Lauderdale. Porcelain wood plank tile can be found in the living areas and ocean-themed carpet in bedrooms. Enjoy the comforts of a washer/dryer in the unit, full-size kitchen, top-of-the-line appliances, and soaking tub. The W Resort-style amenities including two pools, a fitness center, excellent dining options consisting of Steak 954, El Vez, Sushi Bar on premises.
We have decorated our condo very tastefully. The kitchen is equipment with all the appliances and small appliances, dishes, cutlery ,cups and glasses. Whether you decide to cook or eat out at any restaurants in the property or the nearby area , our place is offering both choices.
We have a 4 person dinning table that can be used as a working station as well with complimentary Wi-Fi for your use. The living room has a seating couch in an L shape which turns into a double bed that will comfortably fit 2 smaller children or 1 adult. Lift your feet up and watch a game in the living room with your family and/or friends.
Both sides of the condo have 2 bedrooms with a very wide double entrance that you can close at night for privacy. Both bedrooms are equipped with a flat screen TVs as well. The beds have high end luxury pillows and duvets.

Both bedrooms have the same size king beds. Both bedrooms have private toilet room that is separated from a large walk-in shower with beautiful neutral stone finishes. We have a stackable washer and dryer for your convenience , hairdryers in both bathrooms and iron and ironing board for those who like to keep their clothes crisp. We have USB outlets in both bedrooms.
The property is NON smoking and it is prohibited to smoke inside the condo.
Guest access
The beach is situated right across the street after you pass the main building of W hotel. You have access to the beach umbrellas and the chairs when you rent our condo, which could be pricey if you were a person who is not a guest .
The water activities are offered all year around nearby, weather permitting : parasailing , jet skies , paddle boarding is available from the independent companies for a price.
If you wanted to take a tour on the water around Fort Lauderdale , you can always use a water taxi and see all the nearby attractions.
If you don’t have a car, no problem, a lot of restaurants ranging from low, mid and expensive are all in walking distance from the residence of the W hotel. Many of them offer breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Whether you want to spend a little or have a fancy meal, the choices are endless. There are many bars along the beach at night closer to Las Olas Blvd. that offer live music and dancing .

Don’t forget to visit famous Las Olas Blvd street that is full of fashion boutiques, art galleries , restaurants , sidewalk cafes and bars.

IMPORTANT DETAILS and RENTAL RULES: ** Please note that this reservation includes access to the residence pool only. Access to the W Hotel pool is not included, but daily passes can be purchased for $125 per adult and $50 per minor.
**Valet Parking $64.20 per night & Resort Fee $45.20 per night paid at check in directly to the hotel.

**Resort Fee $62.15 per night paid at check in directly to the hotel. They fee is per room per night. This fee is paid when you get the keys to the condo .

Resort Fee covers the following:
2 Beach Chair and 1 umbrella
Daily Yoga Classes at 8am
Daily Two-Hour Bicycle Rentals for two guests
In Roon Hight Speed WIFI.
Complimentary towels at both the pool and the beach.

All the Guests visiting the property must submit the ID to us and the hotel , with no exception .

**MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
Please adhere to maximum occupancy of the rental. People who exceed the maximum occupancy will be asked to leave immediately with no refund issued back for not following the rental rules .
