The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The bedroom has a King bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The iconic Burj Khalifa dominates the skyline, standing as the world’s tallest building, while the sleek, modern design of The Address Hotel adds to the architectural grandeur of the area. From this central district, visitors can enjoy sweeping vistas of Old Town Dubai, with its charming traditional buildings that evoke a sense of historic Arabia, beautifully contrasting the ultramodern surroundings.

By day, the neighbourhood buzzes with activity, offering incredible shopping, dining, and entertainment options. As the sun sets, Downtown Dubai transforms into a magical scene, with the Burj Khalifa and surrounding buildings illuminated, creating a stunning visual spectacle. You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

The Burj Khalifa is an approximate 15-minute walk.
DXB Airport is approx 18 minutes away by car.
Marina Walk is approx 25 minutes away by car.
Jumeirah Beach is approx 17 minutes away by car.
Burj Al Arab is approx 20 minutes away by car.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Mandatory Security Deposit Policy: A refundable security deposit amounting 1,000 AED (In Cash) will be collected at the reception at the time of check-in. This deposit will be returned promptly after check-out, subject to a brief inspection of the property. Once the unit has been checked and confirmed to be in good condition, the deposit will be fully released.

Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).

ID Requirement: As per local authorities' regulations - DET, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed, as they are compulsory for check-in.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.

Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
