The condo was newly remodeled. I loved the kitchen cabinetry. My favorite thing was the primary bathroom. It was spacious, had lots of drawers and mirror space and a great shower.

We have stayed at other condos in the Desert Falls community and enjoy the location and the access to the pickleball courts and gym facility.In comparison to other condos we have rented (long-term) the cleaning supplies and kitchen amenities could have been better. We rented for a month and had laundry detergent for two loads.Overall, the condo was clean and the bed was comfortable. The grill and patio area were great.The price was reasonable in comparison to other accommodations that were in the same area.We will rent again if our travels take us back to Palm Desert.

Great rental

Really nice two bedroom in a gated community. Advanced communication with the property management company was excellent. They sent email messages and texts about the check in process with the agent at the front gate, front door access code, Wi-Fi password, etc. The unit is newly remodeled, fresh and comfortable. It was very clean. I would definitely rent this.
