Quietly located on a beautiful park 900m from the beach and village centre.
The patio doors in the living room provide access to a very beautifully landscaped garden with lawn, north-west facing sun terrace, a girdle of shrubs for privacy. The sunny and lockable garden offers you a lovely place to relax and enjoy a lovely day out in the Callantsoog area or at the beach.
This beautiful villa was completely renovated in the winter of 2020 with a new bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a 4 burner stove/oven for delicious cooking. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a bathtub. A very luxurious completely furnished house with atmosphere and where you are fully equipped. Tastefully and modernly decorated. The house has a cosy 8-person dining table for socialising.
