They respond to any abuse of the decorum and to the afternoon and night tranquility of the entire building. In particular, the following times of greater attention must be observed in order to:
avoid annoying noises and noise:
- afternoon slot from 2 pm to 5 pm;
- night shift from midnight to 8.00 am.
In these time slots, loud meetings and noise of any kind are not allowed, including sound and/or musical emissions.
The violation is sanctioned by charging the sum of €1000.00 (one thousand euros) to be paid by the landlord of the apartment where the incident occurred in the financial statements following that of the commission date.
It is forbidden to allow a larger number of people to occupy the apartment than required by the reservation in compliance with the TULS and the Ministerial Decree of 5/05/1975 and subsequent amendments. *
