Self-checkin was easy. Early checkin was approved. Toaster didn’t work - told them and they did nothing about it. Washer and dryer worked but were stacked and not meant to be. It was hard to use the controls without standing on a chair. Twin bed mattresses were thin and uncomfortable. No bedside lamp made it hard to go to bed without stumbling in the dark
