This place was awesome!!!!

Very clean property and house, everything was better then expected, super great host!!! We had a few issues but they were resolved quickly If I could give it 10 stars I would, highly recommended and we would definitely stay there again!!!

Pretty Peoria Place

The location was perfect to reach 4 stadiums for Spring Training games within 30 minutes. The patio furniture was comfortable so we could enjoy sitting outside to read and soak up the wonderful sunshine.

Beautiful home

We rented this property for 10 nights. We have rented other homes for the past five years and this one by far has the best linens best accommodations and overall great clean house. I was also impressed that it had cable TV, and in every bedroom! There was extra stock of linens, which was very nice. The kitchen is fully stocked overall the house was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

5 Stars- Fantastic Stay

This house was perfect. Great location , great neighbourhood. Extremely clean, very comfortable beds and living spaces. Loved that all the basics were there such as spices, paper towel, hand soap, small shampoo, toilet paper, dish washer and dish soap. I know pool heating in AZ is rare (because it gets so hot in summer) but a solar blanket would be a great affordable option as when we were there temps were 90-100F and pool was just 70F which is a bit chilly. Would definitely recommend this home.

Very nice house inPeoria w/pool

This is a great house in quiet neighborhood.Everything very clean. The layout was very nice… loved all the tvs.Beds very comfortable. Loved all the windows w/plantation shutters! The A/C was great (temp in upper 90s outside ). Pool was super clean (vacuum ran each morning)and so refreshing! Needs light on front porch and in master closet.We will definitely stay again! Excellent property!

Internet Access

Only issue was that turning off one light switch inside the front door inadvertently turned off the internet. This was resolved with trail and error. It would help a lot to have a small note above the switch to indicate "PLEASE DO NOT TURN OFF."

Pre-Christmas visit

The house was very nice. It would have been nicer if the pool was heated. I would have been willing to pay for that. The grill didn't work right. But issue was taking care of right away. Unfortunately, we didn't use the grill again. It would have been nice to have a DVD player to rent movies at red box. Those thing are very minor. Still enjoyed our stay. Thank you.
