The ground floor, spread over two levels, quickly becomes the chalet's headquarters.



A huge open-plan living area where everything comes together: a large living room with a gas fireplace and TV, a functional kitchen ready to feed everyone, an island that easily seats five people, and a dining room with a view of the lake.



Here, conversations flow, meals are improvised, and everyone naturally finds their place without ever feeling cramped.



A small office area is also available for those who wish to work remotely between moments of calm... or activity.



There are two bedrooms on this level, each with a walk-in closet and TV.



A powder room with laundry area and a bathroom with shower complete the floor.



It's simple, bright, and designed to be efficient when there are several people.



On the same floor, the large terrace quickly becomes a must-see.



You can have coffee there in the morning, eat there when the sun is shining, and end the day in the spa, facing the lake.



It's the kind of place where you often say, “Just five more minutes.”



The garden level completely changes the atmosphere.



It's more relaxed, more like a home theater, for rainy days and long evenings.



There are two additional bedrooms, including a large dormitory room perfect for children or groups, with a total of four beds: two doubles and two single bunk beds.



A large bathroom with two sinks, a freestanding bathtub, and a walk-in shower completes the floor. Here, everyone can find their own space.



Outside, there is direct access to the lake, an outdoor fireplace, Adirondack chairs, kayaks, paddleboards, and a small boat: everything you need to spend the day outdoors, from the first dip to the last reflection of light on the water.



Some row, others watch... and everyone is happy.



You will have full access to the cottage, grounds, and lakeside during your stay.



There is plenty of space to park several cars without any hassle.
