Fantastic location, with Churchill Downs a short distance away, and a Kroger in walking distance. Off street parking is always a plus, and the host is responsive. The place is beautiful and clean.

This property is close to Churchill Downs and is within walking distance which was great! Loved the interior with the industrial/modern look in combination with the rustic, exposed brick. It had everything we needed! Ample parking for multiple guests. Comfortable and spacious.
