Exactly as advertised, location is beautiful, communication with host was very good. & a great property overall. We had a wonderful time on our visit and I would definately stay here again.
We had a great stay. The house is spacious and clean. Our young kids enjoyed the access to the lake and the dock accommodated our boat well. Checking was smooth and the host communicates well.
Lovely house with a wonderful view! There was plenty of space for our family of four. The house was super cozy and comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. We arrived after dark and had a bit of trouble finding the driveway because of lack of lighting in that area, but once we got there, we were snug as a bug!! The house is a great location and central to all the great spots in the region.
What an amazing place! My wife and I have gone on numerous long-weekend getaways and this is right up with the best!! The BR overlooking lake was awesome! We would definitely come back!!!
So much space! Cottage was exactly as the website showed and was very clean. Communication with host was excellent!l! The cottage sat right on water with spectacular views. Loved our nightly bonfires with my daughters, listening to crickets. I am now a fan of kayaking !Wish I could stay forever!
We had an amazing stay at this property and would definitely recommend it! The property was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. The host was wonderful and very easy to communicate with, which made everything from check-in to check-out go smoothly. One of the biggest reasons we chose this property was because we were bringing our boat, and it worked out perfectly. My husband has a 19-foot fishing boat, and the dock was great and made getting out on the water so convenient. There was also plenty of parking, which can sometimes be difficult to find when traveling with a boat. We had enough room for the truck and boat trailer, plus two smaller cars, without any issues. The location, dock, parking, and overall property were exactly what we were looking for. We really enjoyed our time here and felt right at home. We had such a great experience and will definitely be returning to this property in the future!
We had an amazing stay at this Keuka Lake home and would absolutely come back. The house was clean, spacious, and perfectly set up for our group of six adults and a three-year-old. The lake views are beautiful, and we spent so much time enjoying the deck, dock, and water. The kitchen was perfect for cooking large meals for our group, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax. The location was ideal for exploring the wineries, breweries, and everything the Finger Lakes have to offer while still feeling peaceful and secluded. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and the care that went into making the home welcoming. Our family had such a wonderful week making memories here that we’re already talking about coming back next year. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway on Keuka Lake.
Our arrival to the cottage confirmed the road and lake access was wonderful, it was direct access from the West Lake road, and straight into the home - no stairs to navigate which are so common on this lake's properties. The first impression in the home was that it presented in person even better than the photos, all of our party's excitement was only amplified by the immediate ambiance and scenic view upon entering the cottage. Our family enjoyed the amenities which were provided, including a much appreciated assortment of board games in the entertainment area, as well as various water toys like a paddle board and canoe, etc. The user adjustable remote controlled air conditioning systems were nice as well, easily throttling it up or down between day and night. The dock was also perfect for our boat rental. We ran into a couple of small snags while at the cottage, though Carolyn and Bill responded quickly via phone and came to quick resolution which I was comfortable with. Carolyn and Bill exuded an air of common sense, compassion and practicality seeming to be doing unto others as they'd like done to them in similar circumstances. The only thing really of substance this rental is missing is available laundry facilities, though, with it being on a septic tank, the logistics may just not be possible in a rental environment. Penn Yan does have a decent laundromat with commercial sized machines, and we were able to get our laundry done quickly. We rate Cozy cove and A!
