The Oak View Cottage was a great place. Check in was very simple and Tamara’s communication was excellent. The house is just as advertised. We were able to walk downtown very easily. I would recommend the Oak View Cottage when visiting Little Washington!

I have stayed in lots of rental properties and this beautiful home ranks up there as one of our favorites! The home is beautifully decorated and feels like a home, not a generic rental property. Our group of six was so comfortable, plenty of space for everyone. The beds were great, everyone said they slept well. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed spending time together on the back porch/patio. The location is awesome…we walked to the waterfront and downtown and strolled in the pretty historic neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend it!
