A wonderful swimming pool of 27mts in length and a constant depth of 1.40mts. will allow you to relax in total freedom. The flat consists in the basement of a private garage of 42.50mts. from where you enter directly into the house. On the ground floor there are 3 rooms, 2 double bedrooms and a single bedroom, 2 bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bath and bidet. On the first floor is the living area with a large living room with Loewe brand satellite TV, with many channels in German, English, French, Italian and Spanish. It is equipped with a wireless speaker for listening to music. The well-equipped kitchen is open and communicates with the living room, where there is a beautiful window from which you can access the 13m² terrace. Here you can relax with a glass of wine and while dining with friends you can admire the spectacular sunsets. Finally, a small bathroom.Luxurious and spacious flat with its own entrance is located within a residential complex with a swimming pool and private garden. Spectacular views from the terrace over the sea and Teide volcano, where you can dine while admiring the fabulous sunsets.
The terrace is equipped with a table and chairs for dining. There are two sun loungers to take to the pool, the pool is for use by condominiums only.
The flat is convenient for taking the motorway (no tolls) to reach the most interesting places such as La Laguna, Puerto de la Cruz, La Orotava, el Teide, Garrachico, Los Gigantes, Masca, Anaga and Costa Adeje. Sissi boutique is located close to services such as supermarkets, banks, pharmacy, restaurants and bars
It is only 5 minutes from the town of Santa Ursula and just 10 minutes from Puerto de la Cruz. The northern airport is a 20-minute drive away.
I have prepared a binder with references to some carefully selected restaurants and bars located in different parts of the island for our guests where the food and ambience are worth a visit. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster and the inevitable Nespresso. In the bathroom you will find a hairdryer and shower and face towels. equipped with bed linen, beach towels and deck chairs to take to the pool. In the garage you will find a washing machine and dryer. I am a person who takes things and people to heart. You can count on me for anything you need.
