About this property

Beautiful duplex facing the sea in Puertito de Güímar, halfway between the south and the capital of the island. Spacious, bright, with community pool and with spectacular views of the sea. Totally exterior apartment, in its large terrace you can have breakfast or sunbathe while you enjoy the atmosphere of the place. Surrounded by black sand beaches and a few minutes from the highway, this house has all the ingredients for a unique vacation.

It is ideal for families and groups of friends as it has capacity for 5 people, with 3 bedrooms, the main one with a double bed, another double bedroom with two single beds that can be joined or separated as needed and the third located on the top floor of the house with a single sofa bed. It also has a bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, living room, two beautiful terraces overlooking the sea, swimming pool, Internet Wifi, and parking space. With the beach just a few steps from the house, in a nice village full of walking areas, bathing areas, terraces and restaurants. In addition to a magnificent connection to the freeway to get to know the rest of the island.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen, a nice living room, two terraces with sea views, where you can sunbathe or have breakfast, community pool, fridge, microwave, hair dryer, sheets and shower towels, travel cot and high chair, Internet, place of garage.

We love making our guests feel at home and from the beginning. We will be very aware of your arrival to make you feel comfortable as much as possible throughout the stay. We will also recommend you some of my favourite places to visit, to eat and to enjoy the island.

You will love this old fishing port, located in an environment with very good atmosphere, and surrounded by black sand beaches and swimming areas.
Enjoy its promenade, its terraces, practice scuba diving and try the local gastronomy in one of the restaurants specializing in sea food, you will not regret it.
The area has all kinds of services, playground, supermarkets, pharmacy, doctor, post office, marina, etc.

The apartment is located in the Puertito de Güímar in the Residencial Roque de Garachico.

Tolle Wohnung !!!

Diese Wohnung hat uns sehr sehr gut gefallen. die beiden Schlafzimmer liegen zur Meerseite und haben beide einen Meerblick vom Bett aus. Ebenso hat der Esstisch einen sehr schönen Meerblick. Das dritte Bett im Obergeschoss hat keine eigene Tür.Die Wohnung hat eine eigene ! Dachterrasse, wo man ab Mittags sehr gut liegen kann. Einkaufen kann man auch zu Fuß . Ein Spar und ein Alteza Supermarkt liegt ca 600 m entfernt. Der Strand ist oft sehr windig, dafür aber relativ gering besucht im Winter. Baden ist möglich, da Wellenbrecher vorhanden sind. Besser geht das aber noch an der Mole im Dorf , dort ist das Wasser ruhiger. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert, da der Einkauf mit den Wasserflaschen sonst schon schwer wird. Ein Tiefgaragenplatz ist auch noch vorhanden. Wir würden die Wohnung immer wieder buchen! Insgesamt eine schöne Wohnung daher 5 Punkte..
