The living space of the house is divided into two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living room with kitchen. One of the bathrooms is located in an annex.

The large pool area offers plenty of space for playing, sunbathing and cooling off and swimming fun in the pool. The terrace, with open and covered areas, offers good opportunities to spend the vacation outside and in the sun. Thanks to the grill you can prepare delicious barbecue dishes.

After 900 meters you can reach sandy beach and the sea. Pozzallo is located between the provinces of Ragusa and Syracuse and is one of the liveliest cities thanks to the presence of the tourist and commercial port. The city offers an excellent position to visit the most interesting places in the province of Ragusa and Syracuse. Pozzallo and Marzamemi with many clubs and nightlife and the beautiful sandy beaches with crystal clear waters are also worth a visit.
