Newly built beachfront holiday apartment located directly behind the dike. A very tastefully furnished, wheelchair-accessible three-room ground-floor holiday apartment, just 100 metres from the beach. It features two bedrooms—one of which has a TV—a living/dining room with an open kitchen, a satellite smart TV, 5.1 surround sound, a small selection of books, and direct access to the south-facing terrace. A bathroom with a floor-to-ceiling glass shower, a hair dryer, and a makeup mirror, a storage room, and a washer-dryer round out this comfortable apartment. An iron and ironing board are also provided. A very comfortable sleeper sofa allows the apartment to accommodate up to six people. Parking space right next to the house. The amenities and the close proximity to the beach make your Baltic Sea dreams come true. Just move in and enjoy yourself right from the start. A great time is guaranteed here! Your beloved four-legged friend is also very welcome.

Wirklich ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Service. Ein ruhige und saubere Wohnung, mit reserviertem Stellplatz direkt vorm Haus. Auch das Umfeld rund ums Haus und die unmittelbare Umgebung sind sehr gepflegt. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man im Alltag/Urlaub benötigt. Der Strand und die Ostsee sind fußläufig nicht weit entfernt.
