Located in a secluded location near Capdepera in Majorca, Villa Felicidad consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 5 bedrooms as well as 4 bathrooms and 2 additional toilets and can therefore accommodate up to 10 people. The child-friendly holiday home includes high speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all rooms (which also has a heating option), a fireplace, a television and a cot (on request). Outside, you will find a private pool, garden, playground, balcony and a terrace with both open and covered areas, along with a grill. The villa has views of both the sea and the rugged interior of the island. The nearest beach at la Font de la Cala is 10 minutes walk away (900m). The nearest supermarket is a few minutes drive away (2km) in the neighbouring town of Font de Sa Cala. Palma de Mallorca and the airport there are an hour away by car (80km).

Eine wunderschöne Villa mit ausreichend Platz für 10 Personen

Pros: Sowohl in der Villa, als auch im Außenbereich gibt es viel Platz In der Küche ist alles da, was man braucht. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind vorhanden. Ein schöner Pool mit Sonnenliegen zum Entspannen. Eine schöne Badebucht in der Nähe Cons: Die Auflagen der Sonnenliegen müssten mal erneuert werden

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

Pros: Das man telefonisch oder per WhatsApp immer einen Ansprechpartner hat. Auch die Vorabbetreuung hat sehr gut funktioniert. Cons: Es gibt viele Treppen im Haus. Das sollte man vorab mit einplanen.

Geräumige Villa mit Top Ausblick

Pros: Wir haben die Villa Felicidad zu Zehnt gemietet (5 Paare) und dort eine grossartige Woche verbracht. Die Villa ist sehr geräumig, gut ausgestattet und stimmt mit Beschreibung und Fotos überein. Der Gastgeber war stets erreichbar für Anliegen und dabei sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und humorvoll, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Cons: Die Innenausstattung wies leichte Mängel auf, die für uns nicht weiter ins Gewicht fielen. Im EG Schlafzimmer gibt es keine Klimaanlage.
