Check was quick, our host was quick to respond to messages and very polite, very clean and cozy, everything is pretty close by. That projector was so cool and the house smelled good. The kitchen is pretty too.

The place was clean but the linens had not been washed and smelled dirty.

This is not true. We always wash our linens and ensure they are clean. Blanca did not follow all house rules. Dishes were left dirty in the sink, trash was not taken out, and she never let know how she felt until after the stay. They also were seen smoking on the property which is against the rules. We would have been happy to help if we were informed.

Host was friendly, place was decorated nicely and was clean. This was an excellent location, close to lots of local attractions. It was a little frustrating that we were notified of construction on the street the DAY OF our stay, which caused us to have to park around the corner on an alternate street and not have use of the driveway. Also, since there was no dishwasher, it would be nice to not be expected to hand wash our dishes when we pay a cleaning fee.

Sadly we had a mediocre stay, for this price point you would expect appliances / house to function smoother. The fridge door takes some effort to shut properly, coffee table is broken, the portable AC won’t cool the space, gate to the side area is also difficult to open. The area was super nice and walkable.The hosts were super communicative and helpful throughout our stay, the place was just not as we expected it to be.
