Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und super gelegen. Bis zum Strand und der Promenade sind es nur wenige Meter. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Auf der Terrasse, die für 4 Personen etwas klein ist, hat man aber seine Ruhe, weil sie durch die Hecke gut abgeschirmt ist.

Die Terrasse ist für 1-2 Personen gut nutzbar. Das Haus am Park ist ein sehr gepflegtes Haus, positiv das eine Waschmaschine/ Trockner gegen Gebühr vorhanden ist. Die Ausstattung des Kochbestecks-, und Geschirrs könnte ausgetauscht und erweitert werden. Die Wohnung war bei Bezug sehr sauber.
